I bought new cartridge for my printer deskjet cartridge number Both, black and colour cartridges replaced by new. The same new cartridges were tried in another printer deskjet and were working fine. Please support to fix the problem. I have recently purchased HP laptop from Amazon. I tried every contact nos provided on the internet also called amazon for the service no of HP.
