There was a Windows update on July 25 before I took delivery at the end of August and several in mid-October since then. I went through the Devices and Printers prompts to detect the printer which it did not. If the Win 10 driver is “In OS” , shouldn’t the printer at least be detectable by now? I don’t expect it to install the driver automatically as part of the update but if it is available “In OS” as HP clearly says it is, how do I get to it? Go to Solution.
